How to Fix OR-IEH-01 Error

1. Verify Your Payment Method

  • Ensure your credit/debit card is valid and has sufficient funds.
  • Try removing and re-adding the payment method in Google Pay.

2. Update Your Billing Address

  • Go to Google Payments Center (pay.google.com) and check if your billing address matches your bank records.

3. Clear Cache and Data (For Mobile Users)

  • If you’re using an Android device, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Cache & Data.

4. Try a Different Payment Method

  • If possible, use another credit/debit card or an alternative payment option like PayPal.

5. Contact Your Bank

6. Use Google Support

  • If the issue persists, visit Google Support and report the problem for further assistance.
